Namastank – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Namastank, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pricing & Service Fee

• Service Fee:

  • Within 20 miles of current location*: $75

  • 21 - 40 miles: $125

  • 41 - 60 miles: $175

  • 60+ miles: by quote

2. Tank Cleaning Services

• Black Tank Hydro Flushing: Starting at $175

• Gray Tank Cleaning: starting at $125

• Full System Service: Starting at $249

• Additional Tank: starting at $75

3. Specialty Services

• Severe Clog Removal: starting at $250

• Emergency Same-Day Service: +$150

• After-Hours Service: +$125

4. Tank Preparation

• All tanks must be emptied before Namastank arrives.

• Namastank does not provide dumping services.

• If tanks are full or inaccessible, the appointment may be canceled, and the $100 service fee will still apply.

5. Access, Utilities & Site Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring that Namastank has safe, clear access to the RV, tank connections, and any required hookups at the scheduled time.

The RV must be located at a site with sufficient water pressure, electricity, and sewage access (full hookups).

Please ensure your RV is parked on level ground and that all necessary valves are reachable.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may still be subject to the $100 service fee.

7. Weather & Safety Conditions

Namastank reserves the right to postpone or reschedule services in the event of unsafe weather, hazardous travel conditions, or unsafe on-site environments (such as aggressive pets, poor lighting, or unstable parking surfaces).

8. Liability & Property Damage

Namastank performs all services carefully and professionally. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, leaks, or malfunctions in your RV’s plumbing or tank system.

Namastank is not liable for damage resulting from faulty RV components, improper prior installations, or system failures unrelated to the cleaning process. If damage occurs due to pre-existing conditions, the customer assumes full responsibility.

9. Photos & Documentation

Namastank may take before-and-after photos or videos for documentation and quality assurance purposes. These will not be shared publicly without customer consent.

10. Service Guarantee

Namastank guarantees that all cleaned tanks will be flushed and rinsed thoroughly.

However, due to variations in tank design, buildup, and sensor condition, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all debris or restoration of sensor accuracy.

11. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Namastank accepts payment through the Square app, which includes:

• Credit and Debit Cards

• Mobile Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

• Cash App Pay

• Venmo

Namastank also accepts personal or business checks.

If a check is returned or fails to clear, a $35 returned check fee will apply, and payment must be made in full using an alternate method.
